Software Engineer / ETL Developer - Hybrid#26-06728 Charlote, NC Hybrid Contract Starts 6/25/2026 Ends 6/24/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Engineer / ETL Developer for a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on ETL development. The ideal candidate will be a lead-level data engineer responsible for developing and executing data integration, validation, and ETL processes using SQL and .NET technologies. The position involves working with SSIS and contributing to the resolution ofplex, multi-faceted software engineering challenges.

Responsibilities:

Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering Review and analyzeplex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges Contribute to the resolution ofplex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel Develop and execute on assigned Jira stories

Requirements:

6-8 years of software engineering experience, equivalent to a Lead Engineer 6+ years of experience as an ETL data engineer 6+ years of strong SQL experience, including creating SOR's, data integration, validation, and ETL Experience with .NET Must be a 100% hands-on engineer Desired skills: Experience with SSIS Python C# Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
