We provide businesses with a wide range of IT services, including Data Center Support, Networking, End User Support, and IT Outsourcing, working with specialized IT professionals to ensure the reliability, availability, and ongoing support of our clients' technology environments worldwide. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operation and maintenance of a high-performance Compute Farm and IT infrastructure . Troubleshoot hardware, software, Linux/Windows systems, networking, and infrastructure issues . Install, deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, PCs, GPUs, and other hardware. Monitor system availability and assist with incident recovery and troubleshooting. Work with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and maintain system reliability. Help maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational metrics. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and efficiency . Requirements 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center operations, engineering labs, or a similar technical environment. Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills . Experience with Windows and Linux environments. Experience with hardware installation, deployments, PC components, GPUs, or similar technology . Basic knowledge of networking concepts , including TCP/IP and DNS. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and engineering teams. Technical degree (Associate's/Bachelor's) or equivalent hands-on experience . Keep IT Running!
