Job Description
We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support server hardware installation, maintenance, component replacement, and troubleshooting activities in a data center environment. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise server hardware. Perform server hardware break/fix and component replacement. Replace internal components such as GPUs, PCIe cards, RAM, NICs, and power supplies. Perform server disassembly, reassembly, and hardware inspections. Conduct basic hardware diagnostics and post-replacement validation. Follow technical work instructions, safety procedures, and ESD guidelines. Document completed work and hardware replacements. Qualifications Hands-on experience with data center server hardware. Experience with server component installation and replacement. Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and break/fix procedures. Familiarity with enterprise servers and internal hardware components. Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently. Experience with GPU replacement is preferred.
