Job Description

Lead data center, compute, storage, backup, and cloud infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and resilience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead data center operations including servers, virtualization, and hardware lifecycle.
  • Own compute, storage, backup, and cloud infrastructure services.
  • Govern incident, problem, and change management.
  • Act as senior escalation for infrastructure incidents.
  • Drive capacity planning and performance management.
  • Ensure DR and BCP readiness.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
