Position Description:
deciBel Research is looking for an experienced Line-of-Sight (LOS) Analyst to support operations at the National Air and Space intelligence Center, Wright Patterson AFB, OH. In this position, the successful candidate will provide routine analysis and exploitation of RADAR data from a variety of sensors on aerodynamic, missile, and space targets. Candidate will provide on-site support at NASIC to perform day-to-day data processing and dissemination of LOS radar sensor data.
Education Requirements:
B.S. degree in an engineering or physics discipline.
Experience Requirements:
1 - 3 years of experience in production of standardized object and measurement tags inGovernment designated databases using historical data collections to build a truth database of tagged metric and signature products in the use of modeling and simulation software development frameworks. Demonstrated experience working with team environment. Experience with various programming languages. A basic understanding of aerospace system functions and dynamics, and how to model them, such as detailed sub-system models and flight dynamics models. Demonstrated skills in communicating complex technical issues and in providing comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products (including document organization and technical writing). Proven analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where more than one project may require his/her participation at a given time (typically one primary project and one or two ancillary projects). Possess familiarity with contractor and government roles in applying intelligence analysis to aerospace system development and acquisition. Applicant selected must have an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility . Must be a U.S. Citizen.
