Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot applications on the

i platform. Develop and maintain programs using

IV, and Free-Format RPG . Write and optimize SQL queries, embedded SQL, and

programs. Work extensively with DB2 for i databases, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform application modifications, debugging, testing, and production support.
Develop and maintain batch and interactive programs.
Work with CL/CLLE programs, job scheduling, and batch processing.
Identify and resolve application and database performance issues.
Perform impact analysis and root-cause analysis for production issues.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers. Required Technical Skills
