Job Description

We're partnering with a leading, technology-driven firm to add a Data Center Engineer to their infrastructure team. This is a highly hands-on role focused on supporting and scaling mission-critical data center environments, where reliability, precision, and performance are key. What You'll Do Maintain the integrity and uptime of global data center environments Perform rack and stack, hardware installations, and decommissioning Execute structured cabling across network and server infrastructure Monitor environmental conditions including power, cooling, and airflow Support and maintain optimal A/C and power systems within facilities Contribute to data center expansion and capacity planning initiatives Own and maintain accurate documentation within DCIM tools Perform Windows and Linux server administration tasks Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience in data center engineering or operations Strong background in rack and stack and network infrastructure cabling Experience with enterprise hardware (HP, Dell, IBM servers; SAN; Cisco equipment) Exposure to backup technologies and infrastructure Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in production environments Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability Experience maintaining clear and accurate technical documentation
