Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Mid Level ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL development, ETL processes, and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and maintaining data integration solutions using MS SQL Server and SSIS while supporting the reliability and performance of critical enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Build, enhance, and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS for data integration and transformation. Monitor and support production jobs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective data solutions. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring production issues. Participate in database performance tuning and optimization activities. Support application development and maintenance activities across multiple technologies. Create and maintain technical documentation and system knowledge repositories. Ensure data quality, reliability, and operational efficiency across ETL and database processes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in application development and production support. Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning. 3+ years of hands-on ETL development experience using SSIS. 2+ years of experience with C# development. 1+ year of experience with VB.NET. 1+ year of experience with Python. Experience with Batch and Groovy scripting. Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies. Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling principles. Experience supporting production environments, including incident management and job monitoring. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with scheduling tools such as Zena, Control-M, or similar platforms. Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub. Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS or Azure. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
