Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to support day-to-day data center operations and deployment activities. This role focuses on maintaining system reliability, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and support tasks within a high-performance server environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily data center operations, ensuring optimal system performance and availability. Monitor the data center environment proactively, identifying issues such as alerts, temperature concerns, or hardware anomalies. Escort field engineers during onsite support activities as required. Manage parts inventory and tracking processes, including handling and documentation. Maintain accurate documentation, including hardware details, serial numbers, system configurations, and operational runbooks. Coordinate maintenance activities such as power, cooling, and infrastructure updates with customer and support teams. Perform BIOS lifecycle management, including updates, patching, and user management. Collaborate with support teams to schedule and manage break/fix activities. Execute system updates and version upgrades as directed by the customer team. Required Qualifications Experience working with PowerEdge rack and tower servers. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including RHEL and Ubuntu. Experience working in large-scale server or data center environments. Ability to troubleshoot and support hardware and system-related issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerEdge XE servers.
