$55,000-$60,000 About the Role Paul Logistics is seeking a hands-on Data & Reporting Developer to bring structure, clarity, and visibility to data across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an evolving environment where data exists across multiple systems and formats. You'll partner directly with IT, pricing, operations, and leadership to build reporting solutions, automate workflows, and turn raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries across multiple data sources (TMS, APIs, flat files) Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI Develop internal reporting tools and interfaces using PHP Clean, normalize, and structure inconsistent datasets Partner with pricing, operations, and finance to define reporting needs Automate recurring reporting and data workflows Help standardize data structures and reporting processes across the organization Requirements Qualifications Strong SQL experience (joins, performance tuning, data modeling) Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation) Working knowledge of PHP for internal tools or reporting applications Ability to work with incomplete or inconsistent data sets Experience integrating multiple data sources (APIs, CSVs, databases) Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently Preferred Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain Familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., McLeod) Exposure to AWS or cloud-based data environments Experience with automation or ETL processes Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays Career Growth and Development Opportunities Why Paul Logistics?
