This role manages Oracle Learn, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), and SharePoint resources; develops and updates tip sheets, videos, and training materials; and ensures readiness for quarterly system updates through testing and communication. The position partners with Education, HR, IT, and operational leaders to support new employee onboarding and ongoing staff education, ensuring accurate, timely, and standardized training across the organization. Ultimately, this role drives system adoption, user competency, and operational efficiency within Oracle as the hospital's primary workforce platform.
