  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
  • hardware and infrastructure issues
  • in a data center environment
  • Perform server diagnostics, component replacements, and basic breakfix repairs
  • Support
  • cabling and connectivity
  • , including fiber and copper patching
  • Assist with installation, decommissioning, and maintenance of servers and related equipment
  • Create and maintain clear technical
  • documentation and runbooks
  • Follow established SOPs, safety standards, and security requirements
  • Act as an escalation point for basic issues once trained, while supporting junior peers when needed
  • Execute small technical tasks or projects independently
  • Partner with team leads and managers on larger operational initiatives
  • Participate in virtual collaboration and, where applicable, assist with
  • remote system administration tasks
  • Learn to automate repetitive tasks using scripts over time

    • This is a Contract position based out of Hermiston, OR.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $22.00
    • $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
