Job Description

What You Will Do The Engineering Admin is responsible for entering, maintaining, and posting all data involved with Workforce Management. This information will be used in conjunction with data from Kronos, DMS, and Labor Management to drive facility performance to include productivity, accuracy, and efficiency. The Engineering Admin also collaborates with operations to quickly identify and resolve issues directly affecting team members performance percentage. The position must receive, understand and quickly respond to performance questions that result in overall performance. Where there is an issue, such as a low performance, the Engineering Admin must effectively diffuse the situation by responding in a professional and respectful manner. This involves working with Operations and Engineers to prioritize the needs of the shift and correct or explain discrepancies with performance. The Engineering Admin is expected to reach out to the engineers and coaches when necessary. What We're Looking For
  • Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
  • Requires availability to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends
  • Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.
  • Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic math and reading comprehension
  • Basic computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with distribution center operations
