We are searching for a highly motivated, passionate, and organized LogisticsOperations Specialist to join our team in supporting day-to-day logisticsoperations within a dynamic data center environment. This is an ideal opportunityfor someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take the next stepin a logistics or warehousing career. Description As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for strategically supporting our storage and staging operations while maintaining an accuracy driven mindset. You will partner with other functional areas of the business that will require the frequent use of PIT equipment and Fleet distribution on campus. Responsibilities Support daily logistics operations strategies including staging and material storage Assist with task coordination and provide support to team members to help meet daily operational goals Promote adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols across all logistics functions Monitor asset inventory records and participate in audits to ensure data accuracy and accountability Partner with internal teams—such as Site Services, Integration, Facilities, Asset Management, Purchasing, and Planning—to fulfill logistics requirements Help train and onboard new logistics personnel, ensuring understanding of workflows, safety guidelines, and company policies Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to ensure process consistency and operational clarity Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) by compiling and delivering operational reports to management Contribute to root cause analysis efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives Proactively escalate operational issues or risks to site leadership Foster a clean, safe and organized work environment Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or General Studies with relevant course work or equivalent job related experience Experience in Warehousing, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or Equivalent Valid DL Ability to lift 50 lbs. Certified on PIT or willing to certify Preferred Qualifications Ability to drive Box Truck Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Clear verbal and written communication skills Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
