Pay Rate:
$21.00/hr to $24.00/hr on W2 Role Overview We are looking for a Data Center Technician I to join a high-performance data center operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical server infrastructure, performing hardware troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day data center operations. You will work in a fast-paced, secure environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential. This role requires flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware infrastructure issues in a data center environment Perform server hardware installation, replacement, and repair activities Support basic system administration tasks and follow operational procedures Work with networking and server components at a foundational level Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge Follow strict data center safety, security, and operational protocols Adapt to shifting priorities based on queue and operational needs Maintain high standards of documentation and task execution accuracy Shift & Schedule Multiple shift patterns (rotating/variable):

7:30 AM•4:00 PM Must be open to night shifts. Must-Have Skills & Experience 1+ year of hands-on hardware experience (servers/computer components) 1+ year of basic computer networking experience Ability to perform hardware replacements and troubleshooting Basic Linux/Unix command line knowledge Strong customer service mindset Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong punctuality and attendance record Nice to Have Prior data center experience (hardware replacement, networking) CompTIA / CompTIA+ certification Project-based technical experience Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Standing and walking for extended periods Work in temperature-variable environments (hot/cold conditions) Exposure to dust and airborne particles Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when required Must pass through metal detection and follow strict security protocols Key Success Traits Strong reliability and time management Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Openness to feedback and continuous improvement Strong attention to detail and safety compliance Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually•as applicable.
