Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role serves as the primary on-the-ground Salesforce resource for the client, supporting an active platform rollout through go-live, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization. Job Summary
- Provide hands-on go-live and hypercare support, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving Salesforce configuration and data issues
- Troubleshoot Salesforce Flows, validation rules, data-related defects, and other configuration issues to determine root cause
- Perform basic Apex debugging and use AI tools to investigate code-level issues and develop recommendations
- Support data migration, bulk data loads, data mining, and data refactoring activities
- Manage deployments through the established DevOps pipeline, including pull request workflows, across multiple sandbox and production environments
- Partner with stakeholders ranging from solution architects and technical resources to nontechnical business end users
- Communicate issues, blockers, risks, and recommendations proactively and clearly to appropriate stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Must currently and permanently reside local to Conshohocken, PA - relocation is not considered at this time
- 3-5 years of Salesforce experience, including administration, Flows, and configuration
- Basic Apex knowledge with proficiency in SOQL and Salesforce data analysis, primarily for reading and debugging
- Experience managing deployments and pull request workflows using tools such as Gearset or Azure Git repositories
- Experience with data migration, bulk data loads, and data refactoring
- Strong production troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize competing issues and remain effective in a high-intensity go-live environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting Salesforce go-lives, hypercare periods, or active implementation projects in a consulting or staff augmentation capacity
- Experience working in complex Salesforce environments with multiple sandboxes
- Knowledge of intellectual property, patents, or patent operations
- Experience with Intellectual Property Management Systems
- Experience collaborating across globally distributed teams and time zones
- Deeper Apex development experience beyond basic debugging
