Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking Senior Developers to join the Client Custom Reporting team supporting the Private Equity business. This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering pixel-perfect, client-specific investor and operational reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS, powered by SQL Server stored procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise reporting, data handling, and financial reporting concepts.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and enhance client-specific reports using Crystal Reports (.rpt) and SSRS (.rdl) Analyze and work with SQL Server stored procedures including business logic, parameters, aggregations, and performance tuning Create and maintain JSON configuration files for binding datasets to reporting artifacts Implement client-specific reporting logic such as investor-level vs fund-level reporting Develop parameter-driven layouts with conditional sections, headers, and footers Ensure adherence to reporting standards including performance optimization and validation Support report deployment across environments and assist in resolving production issues Collaborate with Product, Data, QA, and Operations teams throughout the development lifecycleRequired Skills:
7-8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise reporting development Strong expertise in Crystal Reports and SSRS Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, performance tuning) Experience building complex parameter-driven reports Understanding of financial reporting, preferably in Private Equity domain Ability to handle reusable reporting components while ensuring data accuracy and isolationPreferred Skills:
Experience in Private Equity or Private Markets reporting (NAV, capital balances, commitments, investor statements) Experience in financial services or investment management platforms Familiarity with report packaging, batch execution, and PDF generation workflows Knowledge of data validation and reconciliation processesEducation:
