- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on PC Base SAS 9.4 experience
- Experience developing, modifying, and troubleshooting SAS programs
- SQL & Data Validation
- Strong SQL programming and query-writing skills
- Experience with SAS Data Steps and
PROC SQL
- Experience performing data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and file creation
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skillsPreferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Healthcare data

- The Database Administrator Analyst supports the Medicare Risk Adjustment Submissions Team by managing the end-to-end data preparation process for CMS submissions.
- This role is responsible for extracting, validating, transforming, reconciling, and preparing healthcare data using Base SAS 9.
Job Duties
- Process, transform, and prepare Medicare Risk Adjustment submission data
- Develop and maintain SAS programs using Base SAS 9.4
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Utilize SAS Data Steps and
PROC SQL
- Validate and reconcile healthcare data prior to CMS submission
- Create and maintain submission datasets
- Perform data comparisons and root-cause analysis
- Prepare CMS-compliant submission files
- Document audit trails and validation activities
- Collaborate with vendors, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize AWS Athena for data extraction and analysis
- Support ongoing Medicare Risk Adjustment submission activities
