Mandatory skills:

Informatica, MDM,Azure, Healthcare Responsibilities:

At least ten (10) or more years of Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Reference Data Management (RDM) Previous experience in the healthcare domain; experience working for a Healthcare Payer preferred Strong expertise in Member and Provider data domains within Payer or healthcare organizations Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, and SAS data management tools Proven experience designing and implementing MDM/RDM architectures in complex enterprise environments Demonstrated success leading cloud migration of MDM/RDM platforms (preferably to Azure) Strong experience with Azure cloud services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related components Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and integration Deep understanding of payer data standards, healthcare interoperability, and regulatory requirements. Leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
