13120 Functional PeopleSoft Consultant - Remote Our client in Acton, Massachusetts is seeking a Remote Functional PeopleSoft Consultant Job Description Supporting HCM modules below for multiple customers North American Payroll Global Human Resources Compensation Benefits Talent Management Recruiting Work closely with customers to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing and training business users. Provide Managed Services support, resolvingplex incidents and addressing root causes. customers with Patching / Upgrades activities

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

10+ Years of Functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM Modules Extensive Experience in North American Payroll Experience with interfacing with Kronos for Time and Labor Ability to work independently and manage support work (Break-Fix / Enhancements) for multiple customers. customers in developing solutions, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing and training for business users Assist customers with Quarterly Patching / Tax Updates / ADP Patching / Upgrades, performing impact analysis and explaining the new features PeopleSoft HCM certification(s) preferred Work closely with technical resources, developers, customers and partners as applicable Strong oral and writtenmunication skills, including presentation of design workshops to clients Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
