Database Administration Senior Advisor Responsible for full lifecycle database administration including design, setup, monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery, cloning, migrations. Design, implement, and support production databases across cloud and on-premises environments. Collaborate on cloud-native architecture for mobile backends and microservices. Ensure database security, integrity, and availability using user management, auditing, profiling, authentication, and encryption. Conduct performance tuning at database, OS, and network levels. Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies. Participate in data modeling, logical/physical design, and application development. Middleware and OLAP integration. Configure databases to work with middleware, web servers, and OLAP tools Maintain documentation in Confluence and SharePoint. Provide 24/7 production support and log tasks in Jira and ServiceNow. Hybrid work schedule. Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in any database administration role. Will also accept a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience.
