Job Description

We are looking for a Database Developer to support data-driven initiatives in Delphi, Indiana. Hybrid schedule with some required on-site presence. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable database solutions, improving data workflows, and writing efficient SQL code. The role focuses on developing and maintaining ETL processes, stored procedures, and database objects that help teams access accurate and timely information.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain SQL Server database solutions that support reporting and operational needs.
  • Develop, test, and optimize ETL workflows to move and transform data efficiently across systems.
  • Create and enhance stored procedures, queries, and other database objects using T-SQL.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase reliability.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver practical database solutions.
  • Monitor database processes and validate data quality to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Document database logic, ETL processes, and development changes to support ongoing maintenance.
