We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven professional to join our Development team—someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and making systems work. Position Overview This role is primarily responsible for donor database management and data accuracy —ensuring all gifts, records, and reports are entered and maintained with precision. You'll also play an important role in donor acknowledgment and support , helping ensure every donor is thanked promptly and professionally. This is a part-time hybrid position (after training), with approximately 50% remote work. Schedule 20-25 hours per week Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings and Saturdays Additional hours during peak campaign seasons Key Responsibilities Database & Data Management (Primary Focus) Accurately enter all donations into the donor database within 48 hours Maintain database integrity through data cleanup, updates, and record management Generate and review weekly reports to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Investigate and resolve data issues or inconsistencies Prepare donor reports, lists, and data summaries Support year-end donor statements and reporting Donor Acknowledgment & Support Prepare and send timely donor acknowledgment letters Make donor thank-you calls and track completion Respond to donor inquiries with professionalism and care Maintain accurate records of donor communications Campaign & Administrative Support Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor outreach efforts Support mailings, calling projects, and donor communications Assist with scheduling donor visits and event logistics Board & Administrative Support Assist with scheduling Board and committee meetings Coordinate meeting logistics and materials Track RSVPs and support meeting preparation Record and track board votes and key decisions Maintain organized board records Qualifications (Must-Have) Experience with data entry and database management with high accuracy Experience using a CRM or donor database (Network for Good, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar) Ability to generate and analyze reports and identify discrepancies Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Proficiency in Microsoft Word , including mail merge and document formatting Excellent organization and time management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Comfortable making outbound thank-you calls and interacting with donors Self-motivated and able to work independently Why Join Us?
