We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Administrator in Sharpsville, Indiana. What you'll do from day one The Salesforce Administrator plays a critical role in managing, optimizing, and continuously improving our Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud platforms. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing and the IT/IS departments to ensure our Salesforce environment supports business goals and drives operational excellence. This is an exempt level position that reports to the VP of Sales and indirectly to Marketing and IS leadership. We are seeking a candidate who brings strong technical expertise and embodies our core values - demonstrating collaboration, accountability, respect for diverse perspectives, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This individual will serve as both a technical expert and a trusted partner, helping teams maximize the value of Salesforce. This is a hybrid remote role with expectations of being onsite at our facility in Sharpsville, Indiana one to two days per week. We are not offering a relocation package for this role. For that reason, we strongly prefer local candidates. The impact you'll make Salesforce Optimization & Ownership Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud to meet the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams, including: Metadata (flows, custom objects, custom fields, custom report types, etc) Users (Users, Profiles, and Permission Sets, etc) Reporting (Reports, dashboards, etc) - Revenue, customers, contacts, pipelines, etc. User Enablement & Adoption Act as a champion for Salesforce adoption and usage by promoting best practices and encouraging consistent, effective usage Provide training, coaching, and support to end-users with a focus on empowering teams and improving user experience Foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing across the organization Collaboration & Communication Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions Engage in open communication and feedback loops to continuously improve processes and system effectiveness System Integrity & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset Handle change management for Salesforce environment using change sets or Gearset, configuring and managing Sandboxes as needed Partner with IT to ensure data integrity of existing and future system integrations. Stay current with Salesforce releases, innovations, features, and best practices to optimize our platform Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy policies. Other duties as assigned Eligibility Criteria Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required Minimum 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience required Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future needs for sponsorship It's a plus if you have Additional certifications (Data Cloud Consultant, Platform Builder, etc.) preferred, not required Strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, including user management, profiles, permissions sets, flows, and custom report types, custom objects, custom fields. Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools. Ability to understand and manage complex data structures and schemas. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
