EST Shift Key Responsibilities:

As the lead for Salesforce operations, you will manage the daily health and evolution of the platform, including:

Integration Management:

Configure and maintain critical links with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD .

Security & Identity:

Lead SSO and Identity Provider configurations via Azure AD .

DevOps & Sandbox:

Manage sandbox environments and lead the promotion of code modifications across tiers.

System Admin:

Handle complex user management, permission sets, and workflow automation monitoring.

Candidate Requirements:

Certification:

Active Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).

Experience:

5+ years of dedicated Salesforce Administration/Architecture experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS (or equivalent years of experience).

Integrations:

Proven familiarity with AWS Connect and ServiceNow .
