Job Description :
SaltClick is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant / Architect to lead customer-facing discovery, solution design, and implementation efforts for Salesforce Field Service engagements. This individual will play a critical role in helping organizations modernize field operations, improve dispatching and scheduling efficiency, optimize technician experiences, and create scalable service delivery models inside Salesforce. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce Field Service expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to confidently lead conversations with executives, operations leaders, dispatch teams, and field technicians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: Solving operational challenges Designing scalable service architectures Leading customer workshops Advising clients on best practices Balancing business process optimization with technical execution What You'll Do Customer Advisory & Discovery Lead discovery workshops with customer stakeholders Document current-state and future-state service operations Gather and refine business and technical requirements Identify operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities Translate customer goals into scalable Salesforce solutions Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions Architect scalable service models including: Work Orders Service Appointments Work Types Service Territories Scheduling Policies Skills & Skill Levels Dispatcher Console configurations Mobile workforce enablement Design automation strategies using Flow and platform capabilities Create solution architecture diagrams and implementation roadmaps Collaborate with integration and data teams on external system connectivity Implementation & Delivery Configure and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions Support data migration and system integration activities Lead configuration reviews, UAT preparation, and deployment planning Guide customers through phased rollout strategies Assist with change management and user adoption planning Support post-go-live optimization and hypercare activities Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and Salesforce leadership Support pre-sales solutioning and estimation activities Contribute to ROMs, SOWs, implementation plans, and technical documentation Mentor junior consultants and delivery resources
Required Skills :
5 years of Salesforce consulting experience 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service architecture and best practices Experience leading customer-facing discovery and design sessions Strong understanding of: Dispatcher Console Scheduling optimization Resource management Mobile workforce enablement Work order lifecycle management Territory management Experience configuring complex Salesforce automations using Flow Experience working with integrations and external operational systems Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong documentation and presentation skills Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, especially: Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Advanced Administrator Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a plus
