Hoover is seeking a self-driven and passionate Salesforce Administrator. We have a new, growing Salesforce org, and are looking for someone who can shape and support the next phases of our roadmap; expanding our suite of sales and marketing tools to automate processes and provide solutions for employees and external customers. In this role, you would leverage both soft and technical skills to plan, design, build, and execute Salesforce features while helping with general support. General troubleshooting and user support Prep for Salesforce Major Releases and upcoming enforcements Manage schedule of work, track statuses, and thoroughly document work details Drive user adoption and experience Facilitate probative conversations with business users Translate business gaps into technical solutions Research, evaluate, and present potential solutions Cross-functional collaboration with business SMEs, IT, and external partners Lead Salesforce projects using a combination of project management skills, soft skills, and technical skills Discovery/Planning:
lead discovery with SMEs, collect requirements, outline project scope and timeline. Design:
identify design approaches that meet business needs and technical best practices. Thorough research and assessment where needed Build/Test:
build in sandboxes. Demo and test with SMEs Deploy/Launch:
manage deployment, launch of new features. Change Management:
communicate throughout and lead change management plan Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Salesforce experience High school diploma or GED 5+ years of professional work experience Salesforce Admin (ADM201) certification Project management or similar experience independently leading initiatives Experience with significant Salesforce projects Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Verbal and written communication skills. Work on-site in Augusta, GA office with hybrid flexibility Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with or knowledge of: Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing automation tools PowerBI AI tools and best practices Additional Salesforce certifications Company Description:
