Lead the technical design of HVAC and building automation control systems, including control schematics, riser/network diagrams, panel layouts, and point-to-point wiring details. Translate mechanical/electrical plans and specifications into full automation control designs, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical sequences of operation (SOO). Develop and review control submittals, bill of materials (BOMs), and control device specifications for procurement and fabrication. Apply and enforce NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and UL standards in all designs. Conduct QA/QC reviews of control drawings, submittals, and as-builts to ensure quality and compliance.
