Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid to Senior-Level SQL Developer to join a highly collaborative database development team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data solutions while partnering with application developers and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is experienced in SQL Server development, data integration, reporting, and cloud-based data platforms, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced T-SQL code, including stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects.
  • Create efficient and scalable SQL solutions to support reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.
  • Design and enhance database structures that support new business initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Support end-to-end development efforts, from requirements analysis through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions utilizing SSRS and Power BI technologies.
  • Develop and manage ETL workflows and data integration processes using SSIS and related tools.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to support data migrations, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Work with modern cloud data platforms to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve database performance, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and advanced T-SQL development.
  • Proven ability to write and optimize complex stored procedures, queries, and database objects.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • Power BI experience including report development, dashboard creation, and data modeling.
  • Experience with
SSIS, ETL
development, and data integration best practices.
  • Working knowledge of .NET/C# to support application and database integration efforts.
  • Understanding of database design, data architecture, and performance tuning techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
