Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring a remote Veeva Business Administrator for a fully remote opportunity. 100% Remote Opportunity Competitive Pay Work with industry-leading technology platforms Opportunity to drive business process improvements and system enhancements As a Veeva Business Administrator, you will: Administer, support, and optimize Veeva applications and related business processes. Configure system settings, workflows, user access, reports, and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance and reliability. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements. Develop innovative solutions to complex business and system challenges. Evaluate and improve processes, policies, and procedures to drive operational efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for internal and external users. Provide guidance and leadership on best practices for Veeva platform administration. Manage multiple projects and priorities while working independently. This is a full-time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience in business systems administration, application support, or related roles. Hands-on experience administering and supporting Veeva applications.
Strong knowledge of:
Veeva configuration Workflow management User administration Reporting and analytics Application troubleshooting and support Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on system improvements and business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Medical Device, or other regulated industries. Knowledge of compliance-driven business processes and system governance.
Pay Rate:
