Your tasks Hemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onsite Technician to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, working with data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure. Role as Smart Hands / Data Center Technician support for Capgemini-managed data centers Rack, server, network, and PDU installation/decommissioning Structured cabling, patching, labeling, and cable management Power cycling, hardware checks, and basic troubleshooting Smart Hands & Eyes support for remote L3 teams Incident response and IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) Asset, stock, and DCIM inventory management Vendor escorting and access management Maintaining operational documentation, logs, and compliance with Capgemini standards Supporting data center operations, surveys, and infrastructure projects Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
