Manage the deployment, operation, and maintenance of building management and electrical power monitoring systems in AWS data centers. Review MEP designs, develop controls documentation and logic, manage vendors and project contracts, and provide technical support. This role requires at least 25% domestic and international travel and participation in a global on-call schedule. Responsibilities Manage BMS and EPMS scope for data center construction and verify deployment against specifications. Review MEP drawings and controls sequences, providing design feedback. Develop controls bills of material, drawings, wiring diagrams, and scopes of work. Develop and modify control logic programming and graphical user interfaces; select controls devices and size actuators and valves. Manage construction and service contracts, vendors, stakeholder deliverables, and site improvement projects. Troubleshoot controls issues, perform root cause analysis, provide technical support, and oversee quarterly maintenance.
