$58,000 - $80,000 per year Job Summary

We are looking for a Database Administrator to help maintain secure, reliable, and efficient SQL Server databases. This role reviews database code, monitors performance and security, supports backup and recovery activities, and works with technical teams to resolve database issues. Key Responsibilities

Review, format, and approve submitted database code for errors, consistency, and efficiency.

Monitor database performance, availability, and security.

Identify and resolve SQL Server performance and configuration issues.

Support database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster-recovery activities.

Coordinate with team members on database projects, maintenance, and operational tasks.

Maintain clear documentation for database configurations and procedures.

Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Required Qualifications

5+ years of database administration experience.

Strong experience with T-SQL optimization and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with database backup and recovery.

Experience planning and supporting database disaster recovery.

Knowledge of SQL Server Transactional Replication.

Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting SQL Server.

Experience with SQL Server Availability Groups.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Equal Opportunity Employer
