Job Description

ETL Developer | TS/SCI | Chantilly, VA (Onsite) We're looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join a high-impact intelligence community program supporting a multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret) onsite in Chantilly, VA.
What You'll Do:
Design and develop ETL mappings to extract, transform, and load data across source and target systems Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing at scale Write complex SQL statements, stored procedures, triggers, and views Implement business intelligence and data warehousing solutions aligned to mission requirements Support the full development lifecycle requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph U.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's degree OR Master's with 10+ years of experience OR Associate's with 13+ years OR HS Diploma with 16+ years Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data transformation Strong SQL skills across MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts Experience with Agile methodologies Version control experience (Git)
Preferred Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field Python, JavaScript, or other scripting/programming languages Elasticsearch or other search platforms Experience with data pipeline technologies and containerization (Docker) Cloud platform experience (AWS)
