Norfolk, VA Job Details Full-time $130,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications System administration NetSuite Full Job Description XKIG is scaling rapidly — targeting 3x current revenue growth while expanding AI-driven automation across the enterprise. As we grow, our core business systems must scale with us. We are seeking an IT Administrator to own, optimize, and evolve our NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring it supports increasing transaction volume, cross-brand reporting, and integration with our broader systems ecosystem (including HubSpot CRM). This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting into the VP, Technology's organization, based in our Norfolk, VA office, with direct impact on the systems backbone supporting Xylem, Kendall, and River City (RCC).
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain
NetSuite:
user roles/permissions, workflows, saved searches, custom records, scripts, and dashboards Manage NetSuite upgrades, sandbox testing, and release cycles with minimal business disruption Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other platforms (HubSpot, Smartsheet, and future AI/automation tools) Partner with Finance, Business Development, and Operations to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; manage support tickets and vendor escalations Support data integrity, governance, and security best practices across financial and CRM systems Identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency as the organization scales toward 3x revenue Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and integration architecture
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (required) Experience with HubSpot administration or NetSuite-HubSpot integration (strongly preferred) Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-brand organizational structures Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in a fast-growth, evolving environment Familiarity with API-based integrations and/or automation tools (e.g., Smartsheet, workflow platforms) a plus Excellent communication skills — able to work directly with business stakeholders, not just
