Data Center Technician (Level 1 & Level 2)

Location:

Cheyenne, WY Overview Seeking Data Center Technicians with both inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) experience. Role includes 60% data center work and 40% fiber/OSP work supporting enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities Install and maintain data center hardware (servers, racks, network gear, PDUs) Perform structured cabling (fiber & copper: install, terminate, test) Troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime Support cooling, power, and environmental systems Install and maintain outside plant infrastructure (fiber routes, conduits, cabling) Coordinate with vendors and teams; document installations Required Skills Strong cabling expertise (fiber & copper) Proven troubleshooting ability (ISP & OSP environments) Experience with project coordination and cross-functional teams Preferred Windows 10 experience Data center hardware installation experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cheyenne, WY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
