based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates. The FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering facility asset information throughout the project lifecycle to support operations, maintenance, and long-term asset management. This role bridges the gap between design, construction, commissioning, and facility operations by ensuring asset data is accurately captured, validated, and integrated into downstream Facilities Management (FM), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms. The successful candidate will possess expertise in asset information management, COBie, asset tagging and tracking, BIM for Operations, Digital Twin technologies, facility simulation, and operational handover requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Information Management Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) supporting facility operations and maintenance. Define project Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Operational Information Requirements (OIR). Establish asset data standards, governance procedures, and quality assurance processes. Validate asset data throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases. Ensure asset information meets owner and operator requirements for lifecycle management. COBie & Data Handover Lead the collection, validation, and delivery of COBie datasets. Audit equipment and asset data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and commissioning agents to collect required asset information. Develop standardized processes for digital turnover and operational handover deliverables. Reconcile BIM, commissioning, and equipment data to ensure alignment across systems. Asset Tagging & Tracking Develop and maintain asset tagging standards and naming conventions. Coordinate asset identification and classification throughout project execution. Support implementation of barcode, QR code, RFID, and digital tracking solutions. Verify asset metadata and maintain consistency across BIM models, commissioning systems, and FM platforms. Perform asset inventory reviews and data validation activities. BIM for Facilities Management Develop and maintain asset-focused BIM deliverables supporting facility operations. Review BIM models to ensure assets contain required operational, maintenance, and warranty information. Support model-based asset management initiatives and BIM-to-FM workflows. Validate Levels of Development (LOD) and asset information requirements within project models. Coordinate with BIM teams to ensure operational data requirements are incorporated into project deliverables. Facility Digital Asset Management Support implementation of digital asset management strategies and lifecycle data management programs. Develop processes for maintaining digital asset records throughout facility operations. Align asset information with CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, and EAM system requirements. Support facility owners in establishing sustainable data governance and maintenance workflows. Manage asset data migration, validation, and system integration activities. Facility Simulation & Digital Twin Support Support development of Facility Digital Twins and connected asset platforms. Coordinate integration of BIM, IoT, BAS, GIS, and operational datasets. Assist in development of facility performance visualizations and dashboards. Support predictive maintenance, reliability, and operational analytics initiatives. Evaluate new technologies that improve operational efficiency and facility visibility. Systems 5+ years of experience supporting asset information management, BIM for FM, facilities technology, or digital delivery initiatives. Strong understanding of COBie and structured asset data deliverables. Experience developing and auditing asset information models (AIM). Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle management principles. Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery. Experience supporting digital turnover and owner handover processes. Familiarity with ISO 19650, COBie, AIR, OIR, and AIM frameworks. Experience integrating BIM and asset data into CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, or EAM platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
