Job Description
Service Coordinator Overview XNRGY Climate Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support our growing Field Service team. In this role, you will coordinate start-ups, commissioning activities, service requests, rework, and technician readiness for mission-critical data center projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service teams, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties Coordinate incoming service requests, warranty claims, parts, and documentation requests. Support start-up and commissioning activities by tracking schedules, documentation, and project readiness. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve issues. Track rework items, punch lists, parts availability, and project completion. Partner with Workforce Management to coordinate technician travel, site readiness, and deployment. Prepare project updates, maintain service dashboards, and communicate status to internal stakeholders. Escalate scheduling, documentation, or material issues that could impact project timelines. Experience 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, customer support, or operations within HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments. Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management software. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites as needed. Experience supporting field service or commissioning teams is preferred. Spanish or French is a plus but not required.
