Job Description We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product data, integrations, and digital commerce initiatives across the organization. This individual will lead complex efforts spanning product information, marketplace integrations, search optimization, and customer experience improvements.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can identify business problems, design solutions, partner with technical teams and vendors, and drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product and business initiatives focused on product data, integrations, and digital commerce experiences
• Drive discovery, requirements gathering, future-state design, and solution implementation
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead marketplace integration initiatives and optimize how product data flows across platforms
• Improve product discovery and search experiences through tools such as Algolia
• Evaluate system, process, automation, and technology improvements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, integrations, workflows, and success metrics
• Manage initiatives through delivery, launch, adoption, and measurement Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, or business systems analysis experience
• Strong experience with product data and system integrations
• Experience leading marketplace integration initiatives
• Experience working with APIs and connected application ecosystems
• Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
• Experience with Algolia or similar search and discovery platforms
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Retail or eCommerce experience preferred
