What You'll Do Establish and oversee a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all systems and processes. Lead the development of analytics and reporting solutions that translate data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and improved patient and operational outcomes. Ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting for quality programs while partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement, clinical quality, and evidence-based care. Lead and develop the data team while promoting organizational adoption of data-driven practices through training, collaboration, and alignment with mission, vision, and values. Experience and Skills What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education OR a minimum of 6 years of directly relevant experience in healthcare data, analytics, or informatics roles in lieu of a degree. 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management, analytics or reporting. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Demonstrated ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports. Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL queries in a production environment.
