Position Summary:

The Manager, Data & Analytics (D&A) role is responsible for owning the development and delivery of data products and services to business stakeholders. This role will manage the delivery of advanced D&A solutions across departments, collaborating closely with business and Innovation Technology partners / stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage a growing portfolio of data products and product roadmap

Deliver evergreen data programs to drive division level business results and support long term planning

Drive departmental improvements by streamlining processes and implementing best practices

Design and document data flows, reporting requirements, use cases, and metrics definitions

Identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accuracy and data integrity

Lead advanced data analytics and governance training and adoption across departments

Additional Skills:

Advanced proficiency in business and financial concepts, as well as data architecture principles preferred

Proficient with Salesforce, Snowflake

Data modeling experience is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Engineering, or related quantitative field

Graduate degree, data science certification, or real estate industry experience a plus

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

5+ years of experience in a data or financial analyst role

Additional Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Tableau is required

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:

$132,200.00 - $160,300.00 Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
