Job Description

Our client, a media entertainment company, is seeking a talented Studio Data Administrator to join their team. This role is based in Los Angeles or remote, with a contract employment type. The position involves working in a data environment within the entertainment sector, supporting data quality and integrity initiatives.
Studio Data Administrator Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of vendor data within the film and TV industry. Collaborate with individual contributors and teams to resolve complex data remediation issues. Assist Data Quality Analysts in executing projects and conducting audits. Use internal data tools to identify and correct data quality problems, including deduplication and data mapping. Investigate and address data discrepancies across applications, reporting inconsistencies to relevant teams.
Studio Data Administrator Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in an entertainment or media environment or related skills. Proficiency with large spreadsheets, Google Suite, Airtable, and data management systems. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling high-volume manual tasks. Experience with product management or engineering tools such as Jira or Monday Board, and SQL is a plus.
