Full-time About the Opportunity A premier entertainment organization is seeking a Manager, Data and ML Platform Engineer to build and operate the data and machine learning infrastructure behind intelligent fan experiences. Data and AI support ticket-demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, personalization, AI-powered customer interactions, marketing optimization, and venue operations. This is a hands-on individual-contributor position with no direct reports. The role combines senior full-stack data engineering and MLOps, owning the lifecycle from ingestion and transformation through feature engineering, model deployment, real-time inference, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and operate end-to-end data and ML systems supporting ticketing, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Build scalable batch and streaming pipelines that unify CRM, ticketing, behavioral, and operational data. Develop analytics- and ML-ready data models, schemas, transformations, tests, and monitoring. Create reusable feature pipelines and feature-store capabilities for forecasting, pricing, recommendations, and personalization. Deploy models through production APIs and low-latency inference services. Build CI/CD workflows for model testing, versioning, deployment, rollback, and lifecycle management. Monitor pipeline health, model performance, drift, data quality, latency, and reliability. Support experimentation, A/B testing, embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines, and AI applications. Partner with data scientists, analysts, marketing, ticketing, product, and business leaders to turn models into measurable outcomes. What You'll Need 4+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or MLOps. A proven record of building end-to-end data and ML systems in production. Strong Python and SQL skills. Experience building batch and streaming data pipelines using modern data-stack tools. Experience designing data models and schemas for analytics and machine learning. Experience with large structured and unstructured datasets. Experience deploying models through APIs or real-time inference systems. Experience building CI/CD for ML testing, versioning, and deployment. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar environments. Cloud experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or a comparable platform. Experience supporting forecasting, personalization, recommendations, or operational analytics at scale. An AI-first mindset and the ability to own systems across the complete data and ML lifecycle.
