FORCE PM

is an organization of Technical Program Managers focused on Meta's data center infrastructure. Qualifications:

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta 4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience Technical experience in planning, deploying, or operating cloud or data center infrastructure technology Experience working across teams to drive decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and negotiate competing priorities Experience evaluating and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions Track record of delivering results using technology solutions in infrastructure, operations, or engineering domains PMP or similar certifications Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Hands-on engineering experience in hardware, systems, software, data/analytics, or related fields Experience driving execution across multiple workstreams simultaneously Data center experience or knowledge Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies 6+ years of technical product/program management experience
