Job Title:
Production Data & Inventory Coordinator M-F Full time. Contract role through the end of the year. Needed for extra support. Great team culture and envrionment! Job Description The Production Data & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of production data into Oracle, including updates to inventory, BOM, and other documents. This role ensures the maintenance of accurate in-plant inventory by verifying the precision of Oracle data, inventory records, and transactions. The coordinator will audit and investigate any discrepancies in inventories, making necessary corrections or escalating issues as needed. Coordination and assistance with regular plant inventory checks, conducting warehouse audits, and reporting findings to management are also key duties. Additionally, the role involves reconciling and troubleshooting raw material discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse management, master schedulers, and personnel. Responsibilities Collect and review production data for entry into Oracle, updating inventory, BOM, and other Oracle documents. Ensure accuracy of in-plant inventory through meticulous maintenance of Oracle data, inventory records, and transactions. Audit and investigate inventory discrepancies, make corrections, or escalate issues beyond assigned scope. Coordinate and assist with regular plant inventory checks, including conducting warehouse inventory audits and reporting findings. Reconcile and troubleshoot raw material discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse management and personnel. Provide administrative support as required. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation. Effective communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet production schedules and reporting deadlines. Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, and ERP. Additional Skills & Qualifications 0-1 years of related experience. Minimum of a High School Diploma. Work Environment The role is full-time during the work week. This position is open to assist the team in catching up with work and is contracted until the end of the calendar year, with no opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Rancho Cordova, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
