Experience:

5+ Years We are seeking a Manager, Regulatory IV to support and strengthen the organization's Privacy Compliance Program. Responsibilities include providing privacy compliance guidance, negotiating privacy terms in supplier and data-sharing agreements, investigating potential data privacy incidents, reviewing privacy laws and regulations, developing and updating compliance controls, and maintaining program documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in privacy law or privacy compliance Experience negotiating privacy-related contracts and data-sharing agreements Knowledge of privacy regulations, legal citations, and compliance controls Strong attention to detail and communication skills Corporate experience and team leadership skills preferred

Pay:

$85.00 - $95.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
