Organization:
SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview:
Provides system-wide expertise in the quality, standardization, and integrity of data and reporting across Sutter Health applications. Supports all data governance activities including data stewardship, data quality metrics and reporting, data sharing, and data policy. Ensures data standards compliance is made transparent across Sutter Health by spanning all applications, regional affiliates, and corporate functions.

EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's:
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE
8 years of recent experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Familiarity in developing methodologies for data access, query and reporting tools, and healthcare data analysis. Knowledgeable in managing development and production application or interface environment using an interface engine and standard messaging structures. Expertise in database management and administration on large-scale database platforms. Demonstrated knowledge of working in a multiple platform, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN), internet environment and maintaining documented service levels in data processing environments. Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. Skilled in developing documentation at a technical and user level.

Pay Range is $114,774.40 to $172,161.60 / annual salary The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
