Job Description:

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Diligence & Execution Lead to build and own the program controls, accountability structures, and diligence framework that govern our data center development portfolio. This is a leadership role that pairs strategic program ownership with hands-on field execution, and includes direct oversight and development of the acquisition and development analyst team. Approximately 50% travel required.

Scope & Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Process Development (approx. 50%) Define and institutionalize standardized QA/QC tools, diligence frameworks, and program planning disciplines across the organization Establish and enforce program controls and accountability structures across the full project pipeline Lead training, mentorship, and QA/QC oversight of acquisition and development analysts, raising the quality bar and building bench strength across the team Drive measurable improvement in project hit rates and development cycle velocity Streamline execution by lifting administrative burden off deal and acquisition leadership Field Execution & Customer Engagement (approx. 50%) Lead on-site diligence reviews and site risk assessments, protecting capital by identifying risk early and eliminating unnecessary spend Serve as a senior company representative in customer-facing engagements, ensuring a consistent, professional product for internal and external stakeholders Direct site evaluation and execution activities across the development lifecycle

Reporting:

Reports to regional Data Center leadership, with a dotted-line relationship to senior program leadership.

Travel:

Approximately 50%, including site visits and customer meetings.
