Officer Level (TBD) MOMS mission is to help mothers and their families have healthy babies by providing health coordination, education, and access to community services. The Director, Data Administration position provides diversified support and regularly interfaces with members of the Program teams. The Data Department promotes an autonomous work environment and completing essential tasks without constant oversight is required. Position requires dependability, a high level of integrity, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, strong business acumen and a commitment to representing the organization in a highly professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include:
Manage the program database for the purpose of reporting outcomes of programs as well as contract billing Serve as Lead for small team of Program Data Support specialists Function as FAMCare/GVT System Administrator Provide support to staff when issues arise within FAMCare/GVT system Utilize the program database system for MOMS clients and ensure accuracy of data. Utilize multiple database systems, including systems for outside agencies. Multitask and prioritize workflow/tasks to meet and maintain data entry and reporting needs of the department/organization. Coordinate with Development team for any necessary grant data for proposals and/or reports. Generate regular reports from the database system and update accordingly on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Create audit files/binder with complete documentation for each fiscal year.
TEAM SUPPORT DUTIES
Process client referrals in the program database system and prepare for distribution. Receive website referrals for classes and home visitation; process and/or distribute accordingly. Process closed referrals accordingly. Process case closures accordingly for clients who received services; prepare closed charts for filing. Maintain closed case filing system, track Iron Mountain storage Identifiers and Chart Description. Enter program assessments into the program database, confirm accuracy and update information as needed. Forward assessments with incomplete and/or missing documentation to Director (and/or Manager), Program Administration. Track Maternal Child Health Worker (MCHW) follow-up items and clear when issue is corrected. Create client records in Orange County Children's Screening Registry when appropriate. Process class attendance in database by utilizing Education Sign-In sheets and Registration forms, communicate issues with appropriate individual. Attend mandatory events and participate in meetings/trainings as required. Additional duties as assigned and/or required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education:
High school diploma Excellent administrative skills and ability to multi-task. Experience with database systems, creating and running reports, and entering numbers/data accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a creative, clear and concise manner. Bilingual in English-Spanish is preferred. Professional and resourceful style, the ability to work both independently and as a team player. Excellent skills utilizing all Microsoft Office suite programs. Must have a valid CA driver's license, proof of automobile insurance and be willing to travel with a reliable mode of transportation. Must be able to pass employment eligibility verification.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The characteristics and demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the individual is required to sit and/or stand while completing data entry tasks that require repetitive motion. The individual is frequently required to walk and climb stairs; occasional driving may be required. The individual must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
