Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience in partner operations, business operations, program management, or commercial governance within a technology environment.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience implementing AI-powered tools or orchestrating data-centric projects utilizing analysis tools to reduce manual processes. Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to capture and translate strategic requirements for new partner incentives into executable operational plans. Design and build robust data infrastructure and processes that track incentive performance and business impact. Address issues and close gaps to ensure all necessary systems, processes, and documentation are in place to support seamless incentive operations from intake through to closure. Use AI and custom tools to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for a variety of users from support to executives, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver operational performance by ensuring all incentive-related escalations are triaged, investigated, and resolved appropriately.
